(L1) Strategy Analyst
Responsibilities:

Conduct pit scouting and communicate professionally with other teams

Perform pre-competition scouting and team research
-
Analyze match footage and scouting data
-
Identify robot strengths, weaknesses, and strategic trends
-
Demonstrate proficiency with the team's scouting system and databases
-
Understand and apply the qualifications of ideal deep field (second/third) picks to competition bots
Requirements:
-
Must meet fundraising, outreach, and attendance requirements
-
Must demonstrate understanding of the current game and scoring objectives
-
Must consistently submit accurate and reliable scouting data
-
Must demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and external teams
-
Must pass a game-specific knowledge assessment
(L2) Match Strategist
Responsibilities:
-
Develop match strategies for qualification and playoff matches
-
Analyze match performance through play-by-play and post-match reviews
-
Evaluate alliance and opponent capabilities to maximize scoring potential
-
Identify potential alliance partners and provide recommendations during alliance selection meetings
-
Present strategic recommendations to mentors and drive team members
-
Assist in alliance selection preparation and prediction analysis
Requirements:

Assigned by the Strategy Lead, Engineering Captain, and mentors
-
Have a proficient understanding and experience in competition strategy (L1)
-
Must be able to justify strategic decisions using data and match analysis
-
Must demonstrate leadership and communication skills in high-pressure environments
