# (L1) Strategy Analyst

#### Responsibilities:

- Conduct pit scouting and communicate professionally with other teams
- Perform pre-competition scouting and team research
- Analyze match footage and scouting data
- Identify robot strengths, weaknesses, and strategic trends
- Demonstrate proficiency with the team's scouting system and databases
- Understand and apply the qualifications of ideal deep field (second/third) picks to competition bots

#### Requirements:

- Must meet fundraising, outreach, and attendance requirements
- Must demonstrate understanding of the current game and scoring objectives
- Must consistently submit accurate and reliable scouting data
- Must demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and external teams
- Must pass a game-specific knowledge assessment
