2024-2025 Impact Submission

In the 2024-2025 season, YETI Robotics continued to deepen its roots in the Charlotte community while expanding its reach to new heights. The team dedicated over 7,700 hours to outreach, directly reaching 120,000+ individuals through STEM events, demos, and initiatives. RISE with YETI expanded its presence across Title 1 schools, and YETI's long-standing partnerships with Girl Scouts of America, QCRA, and Omni Montessori continued to grow. On the advocacy front, YETI established the "Robotics Day" proclamation in Mecklenburg County on December 20, 2024, one of the first written documents in the county's legislature to recognize FIRST's impact. The team also expanded #FIRSTEmpowered and introduced the Ambassador Program, while launching Go Green with YETI in partnership with FIRST NC and FIRST South Carolina to promote eco-friendly practices across the FIRST community.
